<FONT face=“trebuchet ms� color=#000000 size=2>Major Duties and Functions Include:
  • Work directly with users of the single-user contact management system (CDS) to coordinate and perform conversions of their databases to the web-enabled system (SmartOffice)

  • Provide day-to-day support to single-user system (CDS) users in agencies not yet scheduled for rollout of the web-enabled system (SmartOffice).

  • Coordinate with business partners in development and updated training documentation, as necessary.

  • Outline, work to and report on all stated work goals.

  • Analyze technical concerns, performing data investigations to determine if escalation to IT is necessary for investigation and/or fix.

  • Develop standard reporting tools within contact management system for us by sales force and other system users.

  • Participate in development of new development/enhancement request documentation to IT resulting from data analysis/investigations.

  • PLEASE NOTE: Position will move to Somerset, NJ effective Oct '09

  • At least 2 years experience in either a technology training or support position.

  • Bachelorâ€(tm)s degree or higher in Business, Management, IT, Economics, or related field

  • Strong PC skills including contact management systems such as CDS, SmartOffice, FDP, Advisorâ€(tm)s Assistant, Act, Goldmine, Sales force, Siebel, SalesLogix, or other contact management tool

  • Ability to write excel macros

  • Advanced knowledge of Access and Excel

  • Understanding of database configuration a plus

  • Ability to work directly with field sales and marketing professionals

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently, consistently meeting deadlines

  • A plus, but not required, would be financial services industry knowledge or experience
