This Position is Responsible For:    Under supervision of the Collection Unit Manager, make outbound, or take inbound telephone calls to/from delinquent account consumers in an attempt to receive and process payment on accounts.  Negotiate payment terms.  Resolve inquiries on disputes, claims of fraud, or any other complaint/request from the customer.

Â-          Strong communication skills and above average customer service skills.

Â-          Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.

Â-          At least 1 year experience

Â-          Ability multi-task and the initiative to take on special projects.

Â-          Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
