 Lead Payroll Specialist
| Robert Half Finance and Accounting has partnered with a retail company to locate a lead payroll administrator. The lead payroll administrator will have prior experience leading a group of payroll processors and supporting a team in the daily processing of all payroll functions including garnishments, prepays, stop pays, etc. The lead payroll processor will also be responsible for assisting with the training and development of group of up to 12 clerks. The lead payroll supervisor will be responsible for administering the discipline and counseling employees to resolve minor performance issues.
