Position Description
As a member of the Finance team this individual will be responsible for ensuring fair and consistent pricing across all new and existing products, for both incoming prospects and current clients. This role is responsible for reviewing all requests for non-standard pricing and offering consistent action recommendations to members of the Senior Management Team. This position will also work closely with business partners in the Investment Management and Distribution areas to ensure new products are appropriately priced by both internal and competitive standards.
Position Responsibilities
• Evaluate all non-standard pricing requests and provide recommendations to the Business Acceptance Committee
• Provide analytical support for cost / benefit of new product proposals
• Regularly collect and analyze institutional investment management industry research, particularly competitive fee information and product trends
•Participate in the on-boarding process for new accounts and ensure that approved terms are reflected in the IMA
•Maintain and develop fee schedules for institutional products
•Maintain records regarding the outcome of BAC discussions and approved product fee exceptions
•Help drive strategic pricing decisions that balance revenue growth and profitability
Qualifications
Education and Experience
•Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
•Recommended 4+ years of related work experience in Finance
•MBA or advanced degree preferred
