Contract Administrator for High Technology Govt Contractor



Opening for a full-time Contract/Sub-Contract Administrator. Candidate will be responsible for proposal preparation and all subcontract administration from inception to completion including creating and maintaining pricing spreadsheets and monitoring gross margin for the company on a monthly basis. The position requires extensive knowledge working with Excel.

Experience: Bachelors degree or equivalent and relevant work experience. Ideal candidate will have 5 or more years government or commercial contracting experience. Must be extremely proficient with Excel, self-driven, and multi-task with ease. Experience with DOE and DOD proposal preparation and contract close-out is highly desired. Effective written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to handle diverse personalities are necessary. Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Requirements (FAR) and Deltek Costpoint would be a huge plus.
