The Credit Manager’s duties include, but are not limited to: evaluating the financial condition of potential and existing customers and determining the appropriate extension of credit; establishing terms of credit under which accounts will be sold; monitoring existing accounts for past due invoices and deductions and revising credit terms as needed; maintaining diplomatic communications with customers and/or salespeople on customer credit and collection matters; and much more.
