 Help Desk Analyst III
Are you looking for the ultimate Desktop / Local Area Network support position? Robert Half Technology currently has a 3rd level desktop/LAN support position available. We are looking for that consultant who is extremely knowledgeable at the desktop and local area network level. This desktop/LAN support position is responsible for finding the answers to all remaining issues that 1st and 2nd level support are unable to resolve. You would be responsible for troubleshooting, researching and finding solutions to desktop and LAN issues. You would also be responsible for working with other departments with in the company to implement solutions. Some of the issues this 3rd level support position may be faced with are image issues, active directory issues, hardware failures, software not loading correctly and multiple other issues. We are looking for the desktop/LAN consultant who prides themselves in solving issues and has the ability to keep all concerned parties up to date with the latest status of the issues. This is a 6 month contract that has the strong possibility to extend. The hours for this desktop/LAN support position are 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday.
