 Director of Professional Affairs and Compliance
| Healthcare company located in Arlington, TN is in need of a Director of Professional Affairs and Compliance. This person is responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of a Corporate Compliance Program, specifically focusing on the oversight and management of all HCP contracts, needs assessments, payments, training and policies related to the companies interactions with Health Care Professionals. This position functions as an independent and objective body that reviews and evaluates compliance issues/concerns within the organization. The Director of Professional Affairs and Compliance will ensure that the Company strictly complies with the rules and regulations of regulatory agencies and/or governmental bodies, and ensures compliance with ethical standards and guidelines including, but not limited to, the AdvaMed and EucoMed Codes of Conduct. This position also ensures that company policies and procedures are being followed, and that behavior in the organization meets the company's standards.
Our client would like to see individuals that have a knowledge of anti-kickback law, experience reviewing contracts, and healthcare experience. Company will provide some relocation assistance.

| | Experience: | Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree or JD strongly preferred w/ at five-ten years of corporate compliance and contracting experience in a medical device/biotech/pharmaceutical organization. Compliance auditing experience preferred. Familiarity with applicable legal regulations and ethical guidelines including but not limited to Anti-kickback act, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, AdvaMed and EucoMed Codes of Ethics, and/or familiarity with the terms of Deferred Prosecution Agreements (DPA) and Corporate Integrity Agreements (CIA) as they apply to the utilization and selection of Health Care Professionals (HCPs).
