Administrative Assistant
Experienced administrative assistant needed for busy CPA firm in the Greater Danbury area. Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access. Duties include but are not limited to: mailing distribution, answering phones, scanning, making accounts receivable calls, collating, calendar management, and other general office tasks as needed. Ideal candidate will be flexible during tax season, detail oriented and have the ability to work in a fast paced office.
