Small Downtown financial services company is looking for a corporate attorney to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. Ideal candidate will have experience with real estate, title, independent contractor employment contracts, agency contracts, real estate contracts and licensing agreements. In addition, ideal person will bring with them a database of corporate contracts to use. Experience with securities is an additional bonus. Pay will DOE.
