Responsibilities
The candidate would be responsible for lead multiple key projects on behalf of the SME business line to drive improvement in policies, procedures, controls and revenue. To enable sales teams to grow revenue by continually seeking to improve processes and tools, increase capacity and efficiency. To monitor project development to ensure that projects will lead to improvement in key business objectives and deadlines and business requirements are met. To balance limited resources by setting appropriate priorities and drive up productivity through the effective use of technology tools and processes. To regularly review project and department financials to ensure financial and SLA targets are met. To prepare and deliver status reports to senior management.
Qualifications
BS degree or equivalent work experience
10 - 15 years experience in a financial services business line - project mgt/operations
Proven ability to manage and deliver on projects using a structured project management
Strong problem solving and resolution skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to foster a collaborative work environment
Other Information
Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
